  • Products must be in their original condition with all tags intact.
  • FMCG products should have a minimum shelf life of 70% or more.
  • Lifestyle products should be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.

2. Return Timeframe:

  • FMCG Products: Within 15 days from the date of delivery.
  • Lifestyle Products: Within 30 days from the date of delivery.

3. Return Process:

  • Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.

4. Return Shipping:

  • For damaged or defective products, we will arrange for a return pick-up.

6. Refund Processing Time:

  • An order can be cancelled if not shipped, we don't refund in case the order is already shipped from our warehouse facility.
