- FMCG products should have a minimum shelf life of 70% or more.
- Lifestyle products should be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.
2. Return Timeframe:
- FMCG Products: Within 15 days from the date of delivery.
- Lifestyle Products: Within 30 days from the date of delivery.
